Interesting Facts
  • A manor in the name: Inns Court takes its name from a former manor house, not a travellers’ inn.
  • A newer Knowle: Much of Knowle West was built as council housing between the world wars, on land south of the older suburb of Knowle.
  • More than one slope: The Northern Slopes are a connected stretch of green spaces around the Novers, Glyn Vale and Wedmore Vale—not a single hill.
  • Making space: Knowle West Media Centre runs The Factory, a digital fabrication workshop at Filwood Green Business Park.
